Just had the worst customer service experience ever (worse than that call operator company) (yup THAT BAD).

Woke me up at 3+ to reschedule delivery, nvm. Then told me there would be GST incurred of $45.

Not gonna happen. I sat up immediately and went to the toilet to take out my retainers cos I could feel the incoming battle.

My purchase was <$400 (that's when you incur tax) and yet they charged me almost $50 of GST?! Like almost 20% of my entire purchase. SMLJ. Was not having it so I asked if can waiver cos there must have been a mistake and I have the bank statement to prove it.

Girl 1 must have "Uhhh. But it's stated there." like 10 times? I got your point the first time. Then asked me if I know what GBP is. Props to you lady I'm the one that paid for my stuff and you're asking me if I know what currency it is? No lah actually I just heck care and every time I press check out I just pray that I'm right for once and it's rupiah.

At this point I was still being nice cos I know it's a mistake. Until 2 calls later and they were like "I have no idea." and just proceeded to stay silent until I said something. Just keep saying I must pay and that I must be wrong. When I'm looking at my bank statement?!

One of them FINALLY gave me customs number to call and I did. 5 times. No one answered.

Called them AGAIN (tempted to just pay the $45 now I think that's how they make ppl pay) and the colleague said that number is not available now and I wouldn't be able to get through the rest of the day.

THE FUCK LAH YOUR COLLEAGUE JUST ASKED ME TO CALL 10 MINUTES AGO. So she's playing me or what?!?!!?? Why everything you people say no link one?! What's with the damn management?!?!!?!??

Condescending tone finally kicks in and I got a number to some airport GST people (a guy, FINALLY) that said I would have to pay first and then get a refund, and to call him after I paid. This took less than 5 minutes and 20 minutes I was calling all these incompetent girls and getting nowhere.

Everyone I spoke to were girls (except the last guy), like 5 of them. What's with this? Is it cos girls have like a higher tolerance for unreasonable customers? Whatever it is, it made me even more flared up cos they all sounded either dumb or bitchy. Or both. They're really not helping the equal treatment thing between genders.

SIGH. Time to go back to sleep. It's 5pm.
