This year has past by really fast. I'm alrd year 3 and graduating in a few months. Time flies omg. Still don't know what I'm gonna do after I grad and all. Really hope everything pans out well!

Last year I had no hope for 2011 at all. Was an emotional wreck and in a vicious cycle I thought I would never get out of. So much has happened since then. The most unexpected thing. The ultimate cliche which I thought would never in a million years happen to me. Don't think I was so skeptical about anything before but now I'm eating my words everyday hahahah that's probably the best thing that happened this year and I couldn't be happier. So excited to spend the new year with you :)

Kinda afraid to see what the new year will be, but I'll be hopeful! Things have been falling apart to people around me, and I really wish the new year would bring more good things to all of them. Really hope that my grandma will get well soon too. Have faith, people! Don't let the shit from 2011 hold you back from being awesome in 2012 :)

Last seventh day at work. Been in a rather sombre mood the past few days. Just unmotivated and worried about the uncertainty of the future. Can't believe I'm gonna graduate in a few months time with absolutely zero plans of what to do or what my interests are. We all wanna 'live' life and make the best out of it all but eventually most of us get sucked into the abyss of a white-collared 9-5 job. With the worst, yet most befitting reason - reality.

Also, reading the news reminded me of why I hate reading the news. It's so goddamn depressing. Losing faith in humanity everyday. I guess this is one instance where avoidance does me good.

Why do I saddle myself with such shit everyday? I'm too young! Must be the weather. Time to get my 5th cup of Milo from the coffee machine~

Long overdue events!

VK's 19th @ Rebel - The initial plan was Dbl O but they refused some of us cos of really dumb reasons.

Skin looks damn good wtf! Lies!

The next day, (they were both working days don't ask) one-day trip to Malaysia! Main point was to play paintball which was super tiring and painful, but really fun! Everyone left with bruises though.

Aaaaand bruises! They bled too. I am the unluckiest person ever.

They're way more painful than they look (these were a few days after) hahahahah! If you ever go play paintball - Protect your damn knuckles!!! It stings like a mf. Had bruises on my arm and leg also. Tsk! And paintball bruises are really cool cos there's always a spot in the middle, which is where the impact was and the bruise just spread around it! I would suppose it's like being shot by a BB gun.

In other news, I've gotten the 4S! Which is pretty awesome except for the battery life.

Siri is super cooooool! Apple is gonna make everyone fat and lazy to even type now!

My life is sooo hectic right now. Working 7 days a damn week?! Internship + part time job. I know it sounds crazy (it is) but I'm not trying to chiong or what. I wanna block my part time but they say must work at least a bit so in the end I only get one day off the entire week? 4 days off per month is not funny.

Waking up at 7+ everyday, rushing with the morning crowd. All I can say is that I've never realised how good it is to stay in Pasir Ris, at the 1st station of the MRT line!! I see everyone tweeting about how they have to squeeze and all etc and sometimes I even get a seat (!!!) HAHA cheap thrills~

The point of this post is just to say that I am very busy now so yeah. Cannot see how I'm gonna live a 9-6 life everyday when I grow up? I really really don't like it. Routine is not for me. Change is something so constant yet keeps me interested and I don't wanna lose meaning in life by just waking up every morning thinking and doing the same thing over and over. Geeeeeeez just let me strike it rich lah T_T

Just had the worst customer service experience ever (worse than that call operator company) (yup THAT BAD).

Woke me up at 3+ to reschedule delivery, nvm. Then told me there would be GST incurred of $45.

Not gonna happen. I sat up immediately and went to the toilet to take out my retainers cos I could feel the incoming battle.

My purchase was <$400 (that's when you incur tax) and yet they charged me almost $50 of GST?! Like almost 20% of my entire purchase. SMLJ. Was not having it so I asked if can waiver cos there must have been a mistake and I have the bank statement to prove it.

Girl 1 must have "Uhhh. But it's stated there." like 10 times? I got your point the first time. Then asked me if I know what GBP is. Props to you lady I'm the one that paid for my stuff and you're asking me if I know what currency it is? No lah actually I just heck care and every time I press check out I just pray that I'm right for once and it's rupiah.

At this point I was still being nice cos I know it's a mistake. Until 2 calls later and they were like "I have no idea." and just proceeded to stay silent until I said something. Just keep saying I must pay and that I must be wrong. When I'm looking at my bank statement?!

One of them FINALLY gave me customs number to call and I did. 5 times. No one answered.

Called them AGAIN (tempted to just pay the $45 now I think that's how they make ppl pay) and the colleague said that number is not available now and I wouldn't be able to get through the rest of the day.

THE FUCK LAH YOUR COLLEAGUE JUST ASKED ME TO CALL 10 MINUTES AGO. So she's playing me or what?!?!!?? Why everything you people say no link one?! What's with the damn management?!?!!?!??

Just great, really. I wanna make you all a pink glittery blinged trophy.

Condescending tone finally kicks in and I got a number to some airport GST people (a guy, FINALLY) that said I would have to pay first and then get a refund, and to call him after I paid. This took less than 5 minutes and 20 minutes I was calling all these incompetent girls and getting nowhere.

Everyone I spoke to were girls (except the last guy), like 5 of them. What's with this? Is it cos girls have like a higher tolerance for unreasonable customers? Whatever it is, it made me even more flared up cos they all sounded either dumb or bitchy. Or both. They're really not helping the equal treatment thing between genders.

SIGH. Time to go back to sleep. It's 5pm.

Celebrated Huilin's birthday at this quaint restaurant that Fai recommended, with meals in take out boxes and since I was really late they ordered for me first. The 'special' one I got ended up being laksa fettucini. Which was really odd. It was really laksa sauce with pasta?!!? Lol anyway, pictures!

So... I got scammed by this stupid bitch.

Long story short, preordered shoes from a blogshop, nice and friendly seller, waited 2-3 weeks for them to arrive. When they did, she emailed me and said she wouldn't be doing meet ups anymore, so asked me to transfer postage costs (which I did for reg post) and then BOOM - DISAPPEARED INTO THIN AIR.

Totally MIA-ed. I called her, didn't answer. Texted her, didn't reply. Emailed her, got ignored. Wanted to post on her tagboard on her website, she blocked posting. So yeah, FML. Almost $60 of my hard-earned money is with her and she has run away, that whore.

That was like somewhere early April when I ordered the stuff and now it's like freaking MID MAY. So obviously she's a scammer and I stupidly transferred money to her which I'm pretty sure she didn't use it to order any shit and preordered anything at all.

Anyway, that pissed me the fuck off (duh). So I stalked the shit out of her, using her fake emails and (thankfully I asked for it before) phone number, tracked her the fuck down until I found out who she is. Took a whole lot of googling and searching lots of shit but with the right motivation, anything is possible LOL.

Now I know her full name, school, course, school email, facebook, twitter, formspring, area she stays, basically who in the world she is and what her cb face looks like -_-

I messaged her ALL her details and pretty much scared the shit out of her so she FINALLY replied me, still acting like a prissy bitch saying that she's alrd mailed out some stuff on Monday and even TOOK PICTURES OF THE PARCELS.

Spare me the lies lah seriously?

Being the nice person I am, I gave her up to Friday and said if I don't receive she better refund me my money. THIS BITCH say must wait till Sat. Still call me DEAR ALL!??!!? FUUU. If you posted it on Monday, postage usually takes 2 days. Even if Tues was a public holiday, I would the very very VERY latest get at least the registered postage slip by Friday. Still can extend?! If you already posted the parcels you so scared for what?!?!?!?

So this pretty much sums up all I have to say.

Work + school is draining me. Some days I work till 6am and I really wonder how come I haven't suffered from fatigue yet. School has been alright though. Need to go for lecs more heh.

Maybe cos it's MLOCT tmrw so I don't really give a shit. I don't even know what it stands for lah, basically it's us counting law firms and directors or wtv like it will help us in anyway? So today I woke up late for my CCA booth duty @ 11am, rushed outta bed and all and got there just about 10 mins late. If not for this I wouldn't even be happily sleeping in man... Anyway since I was in school I went to print notes for civil and criminal procedure (Microsoft word 2010 is awesome!!!).

As I walked out of the lab to go for lecture, I tripped over this uneven floor papering (?!?!) thing and my shoe strap riiiiiippppped. Even got the SSSSS sound.

Uhhhhhhh.....

Immediately panicked and called YW my saviour who helped me buy a pair of slippers from Cheers ($7 lah wtf so ex).

This might not seem like anything much but it's the 4TH SHOE THAT DIED THIS MONTH. Seriously I think I'm under some curse for footwear or what.

The thing I 1st thought of was - GOD DAMN AGAIN?!?!?!!? Okay JUST yesterday I went out with boat shoes (ish) and the left sole happily ripped out on its on while I was walking up some stairs. My glitter flats decided to die on me while clubbing. Thank goodness they didn't rip but the sole was like partially detached alrd -_- Plain black flats died when I wore them to work everyday. I barely started working at this job for a month...

It's not like I buy cheapskate shoes or what lor!! Like those normal kinds that people buy in shoe shops?! I guess I didn't experience such stuff in the past cos I used to wear dunks like all-the-freaking-time. I'm sure SSP bowlers were mostly like that - dunks and crumpler bags were the shit. HAH.

Also, becoming a workaholic. Working later @ 2130-0500. Yup, and tmrw's technically a school day. Love this kind of shifts - fits right into my daily schedules. Just that I have to sacrifice sleep but seriously, who needs it? HAH I kid. I need it. Hopefully I'll be able to work it out when school really starts, with tutorials and all next week. I miss my friends and I wanna keep myself (more) busy cos I've been in a shitty mood lately sigh~

Went out with Abigail, Tan Jin, Kay Yoke and Oscar to celebrate Oscar's 19th! Sheryl and Eugene were supposed to join us but they couldn't make it :( Went to Fish & Co Glasshouse beside Park Mall! Never been there before this so it was pretty cool. Sometimes they will be live band there also!

Went on yet another Malaysia day trip! I go there like 2-3 times a month tsk my dad knows all the roads. Anyway, bought some clothes and ate awesome cheap food and got this!!!!

But since my April work schedule is almost fully packed, I have no more time to do all these stuff anymore!! Traveling 1 hour + to and fro from work almost everyday is seriously draining me :(

Work is fine and I get lots of reading done during that time (can't bring electronics) so it's good. Just that I hate rude + unreasonable customers a looot!!! I know in the service line it's inevitable... but I really get affected when they say things like I'm slow, etc. Today I couldn't hear a customer cos he was at some talk and I could only hear the background so I asked him to repeat and he was like 'WHY YOU SO STUPID?!". It was my 1st call of the day and totally ruined my mood lah ugh. Sigh I know it's kinda stupid ranting but it just made me feel -_- for awhile. But it's okay cos I cursed him x99999 after he hung up hehe douche.

I can't even remember the dates of when the following events happened. It's the holidays and I've seriously lost track of time and what day of the week it is. Also been sleeping in the morning again.

Met up with VK, Jai and Yogi to buy YW and Karyl's presents! Wanted Jai to attempt the Yankee Burger challenge at NYNY - The one where you finish that gigantic burger + 800g of fries (we asked) within an hour! If you complete it you get the burger free! But he didn't like fries much so he didn't.

Anyway after that we went to buy the presents (which they liked, yay!) then we wanted dessert and I wanted to try this new gelato place at Citylink so we went there. 25% off birthday week so we ordered 1KG OF GELATO HAHAHA IT WAS HUGEEEEE.

I should take some pics of it soon, it used to be sooo skinny and active and now it just lies flat like a carpet. TSK.

Friday saw YW VK and I @ One degree 15 for a yacht party! Last time I was there was 4 years ago. Managed to find the picture hahahah we all look sooo young.

I recalled how we walked like 2 rounds around Sentosa to find the freaking 7-11 to buy drinks and how we drank then tried to bowl while the yacht was shaking vigorously -_- Hahah retarded times. Time flies lah that was like in '07 and 4 years ago! Anyway it was super super fun this time round too! With different company but great nonetheless :)

Been sleeping at 7-8am the past few days, mostly my own fault cos I dilly dally until maybe 4+ then I start copying notes. Work training and studying timings are clashing insanely. Realised today that I panic whenever I hear a china voice, especially when they talk so bloody fast. Also might be slightly deaf, probably due to blasting music all the time T_T

Study week has started but I've yet to start on anything. Work training for the full 3 days before exams means that I only have 4 days to cram everything into my brain. Been going out everyday for the past week. Spent so much money and even lost $34 while playing MJ so it's budget from now! Until March that is. Pray that I'll get the job and start working to have $ to spend again! Also looking to buy a MJ table or maybe share with some friends so next time can play at my place :) As usual, for study week I'm alrd planning what I'm gonna do during the hols! Discovered a few blogs by people around my age studying/pursuing law and I have to say that I was appalled by my incompetence in comparison to them. I used to think that my language was pretty decent until I read their posts and even phrasing mundane everyday things are filled with such an extensive use of vocabulary, much less their 'deep thoughts' whatsoever. I always thought that such entries were rather pretentious in some way and created to reflect a somewhat sophisticated version of themselves because seriously, who says such shit in real life?! Then I realised that however fake you might be, the society digs it and it's these people that will end up being lawyers and editors and I'll be at the bottom of the food chain throwing myself a pity party.

Best thing is, these people are, more often than not, born with a silver spoon in their mouths. Chauffeured to school in one of the 6 BMWs/Mercs, getting the latest macs, a new Chanel ever so frequently, probably an annual trip to the States/Europe. It's practically the cycle of poverty -_-

Then again, I can't see myself working a 9-5. Slugging myself outta bed every morning, wearing the same hair and clothes every week, grabbing a Starbucks and getting to a office and sitting there till my butt cramps, only getting a break for pathetic lunches and snacks, maybe even getting a brainless colleague or a messed up superior. Go home, watch TV, bitch about said colleague/superior, sleep, repeat. Bleak life right there. Some people's lives are just so planned out for them and I'm just banging into doors in hope of the right one opening eventually.

I sound so fucking miserable. Honestly I don't lament much about life. Maybe it's the fact that I've a splitting headache due to loss of blood that is not showing signs of fading even after hours. Goodness me I have to go through this torturous process every few weeks and I don't even like babies.

Had a hectic weekend! Friday @ Sam's and Saturday @ Paul's. Both days went back in the morning and slept till the sun went down. Pics when fb has them.

I learnt how to play new card games! Like Si Ki Pi and 4 card poker. Super interesting and it's quite fun to get away from the usual blackjack and texas hold 'em. My luck seems to be quite good this year, despite the people telling me that the 'luck charts' say that monkeys don't have really good luck. Hehehehee up $1xx this CNY, probably to cover up for the losses last year!

Met up with Denise at Paul's! Haven't seen her in super super long omg it was nice to catch up :) Met other people that I haven't seen in a long time too from SSP. I kinda miss the times where we were only a few rooms apart.

Also, my BTT is in 2 days!!!! There is no more e-trials for me to book since I've totally neglected it till this point and just collected my book 2 days ago. Frankly I'm 60% certain that I will fail but omg so paiseh to fail BTT one leh haahhaha shit lah wish me luck!!!

End sems are also coming so it's time to put my social life aside for 2 weeks lol. March/April will be awesome :)

So busy gorging my face off I haven't been blogging. CNY's great cos I get to meet up with the cuzzies, play ban luck and get $$$! In spite of the fact that I have a test on Mon, still been enjoying myself and forgetting about school for awhile :)

Supz all! Went into one of my I-don't-feel-like-blogging-anymore phases again hurrhurr. Mostly cos of projects and basically just lots of things going on and I've been hooked onto Big Bang Theory!! Sheldon is so brilliant but so damn annoying at the same time - I wonder how he memorises his lines?! They're all super complex physics or math-related things with bombastic words, but actually good leh can increase my vocab ahahah! Like now I know what coitus is LOL.

I seriously need to detoxify my body. Putting too many toxins in it the past few weeks. Now my throat's going crazy every morning and sometimes mid-convo I'll just lose my voice?! It's ridiculous. Spamming lozenges and honey lemon hehehe! The occasional KOI now that there's an outlet at tamp is not helping also. Pimples popping out and my complexion is terrible. Maybe I'll just go fruits and veggies for a week hahahah! I need to expel all the nonsense that's trapped inside me :(

Exam timetable is out and I'll be free from the 2nd of March!!!! Missed the booking dates for driving lessons in March so I guess I'll be working my ass off (if I can find job) or going overseas and spending all my savings tsk. Being broke sucks and since I've stopped working for about a month plus I can really see all my $ spiraling down everytime I withdraw cash. Depressing.

My nose is peeling badly I have no idea why!!!! Very irritating and ugly and I look like Rudolph now. Worse when it's contrasted with my skin cos I'm so pale like ghost wtf. Definitely not sunburn because it's only one area and I don't even burn. Like my friend said I just reflect light off the sun HEHEHE. Anw it's super unsightly even when I spam concealer boohooo blame my itchy hands. More people that I saw recently that I haven't seen in awhile also said I look more like tofu each day T_T Maybe I should put self tanner HAHA then I will look like Snooki FML.

Last day of clubbing for 2010 w/ VK's friends! Was the day we went from Zouk > Butter > Rebel cos everywhere was sooo damn crowded. Above picture is @ Butter. Queue was insane it was until the riverside alll the way~ Zouk was x10 worse omg. Met some new people :)

Drinks outside Zouk for countdown! Missed the countdown actually, but company after that was really fun! Some policemen came and thank goodness they didn't check IC cos 80% underage T_T Felt damn old there but everyone had a good time so it was great :) Even though everyone was calling me "Xiao Bai" again, as you can infer from the pictures tsk. Then met some random SP guys and we taught them how to play "XI NIU NAI".

Sugaaar cubes!! This depleted to less than half a cup when we left cos they ate 'em whole like sweets. Omg empty calories hahahahah.

Mexican. Apparently the burrito was rather spicy.

Italian. Tasted like egg pizza-ish.

English. Definitely the best ahahha I'll eat this the time next time!

Basque. I ordered this. The spanish ham was really tasty but a tad salty so must eat with the bread.

Overall it was pretty good food (I HEART EGGS) but really quite pricey. Everyone should go try at least once! It's @ Mandarin Gallery, beside cine. Be prepared to wait for seats though.

Met Pesh after that and bought some books since Kino was having a storewide sale! Caught Narnia and almost fell asleep during the 1st part of the movie. Guess it was just due to my tiredness and not the movie heh I guess it was alright though, but Susan is like not even pretty?! Or maybe it's just me.

Been eating waaay too much the past few days. Time to hit the gym!!

This year was all about feasting all day everyday!!!! NOMNOMNOMZ.

Dinner @ Tung Lok Seafood! Ala carte buffet w/ chilli crab, fish, sharks fin, prawns, chicken, scallops, etc. Dessert had ice cream puffs and mango sago also!!! Yummy goodness!!!

SSPTT chalet! Yes, I'm the only bowler -_- but got Sandy with me thankfully! BBQ was great (BACON W/ ASPARAGUS WOOHOO), watched Little Fockers @ 2am and finally learnt how to play Polar Bear. At least had a chance to meet up with my roomies!!! Went home @ 7ish.

Christmas lunch buffet @ Concorde Hotel! Super grumpy morning since didn't get any sleep from previous day (chalet). Food was alright. Maybe it was because it was so early that I felt like exploding after just one round! Love bread and butter pudding though :) :) :)

Rebel/Zirca/Arena on Wed was pretty good though the queue was amazingly long and it wasn't even any special event (besides hols). Last time I had to queue so long was Halloween and it was a terrible experience, but free drinks @ Arena = (Y) Just spam only hahahah! Not enough after that so we went to get a round of tequila and I tried flaming lambo! Always wanted to :) Imo it's not worth the $ though (25?), not potent enough and only nice cos of Baileys. Might as well drink at home I got all flavours HEHEHE.

So that was my christmas. Presents were meh but it's the company that matters most! Pity that didn't get to have any celebration with the Burgerz though. Miss them alrd. Hope all you guys had a great christmas and happy holidays!! New year coming yay $$$!!!

So yup! Powerhouse on Friday. Thankfully it was quite an alright night and nobody got pissed drunk or anything. Had some trouble getting in since those 2 smartasses didn't bring their IC and only brought ez-link card but it all turned out good in the end. We were in a group of about 20?? So big lah it was like our own people everywhere hahahah.

Only bad thing is that I slipped on a drain while texting and now I've a bruises on my knee T_T And that it closed so early. Went to the toilet, came out and lights were on alrd. Meh. Soft toy day today!! Yeah we all brought our little friends hahahah obviously mine is the cutest (rainbow afro). His name is Mojo :) And iPhones are getting waaay too common but after using it I really can't see myself using any other phone! Too reliant on all the apps alrd; see how long the bus takes to come, see what movies are available, all the games. I've seen/used the bb torch and don't think I would ever be able to type fast with the qwerty keypad omg the buttons are so small?! I used to not want an iPhone but I've definitely converted hehehe.

We had to do a role play on some theory during OB and we used our toys to act out! It was hilarious, I bet nobody knew wtf we were doing. Also, woke up late today but due to recent realization of my spending habits (read previous post) I decided to take a damn bus -_- and got marked absent. I simply make brilliant choices in life. BUT, looking on the bright side, if I were to cab there and even then got marked absent I would have been x10 pissed. Stupid tutor.

The instructions wrote minimum 800 words but I see everyone aiming for 8000 or something and it's making me feel damn pressured. I hit CHECKOUT, ready to spend another $2xx on stupid nonsense that I don't really need. Unfortunately (or fortunately), there was something wrong with the credit card transaction and my order couldn't go through. Trying desperately for 5 minutes as stuff were going OOS every minute (2 of my shoes became unavailable during this process T_T) and finally gave up. Decided not to purchase anything and save the money instead.

I don't have much excess cash yet I can just willingly spend all my hard earned money in one click. Can't stand myself. See, like, buy. Yes I'm the kind who thinks that buying from sales = saving money. Obviously it's a damn gimmick but still. I can't justify it but I just can't kick this spending habit of mine. SITEX was a total disaster. Crowd was fail, sales was fail, everything sucked. Worked only 2 days out of the 4. All of us didn't even wanna work on the last day (we didn't) even though it's the one with potentially most sales. While working we even found every opportunity to go to the flea 3 halls away! It was great hehe we all got shirts and rings! Yummm.

Slackest fair, no motivation, last IT fair we're gonna work ever. Gonna stick to hourly pay and not slog our asses off just to get almost the same pay or just slightly higher. Just not worth it. Yeah, we quit the next day. I think we're all gonna be screwed in future looking at how we just stop working when we don't feel like it anymore. First the flyer job, now this. Lol reality in future is gonna hit us hard hahahahah. Ohwell we should live our lives as teens first :)

POLITE on Sat! TP won overall :) Guys lost team by 1 pin which was kinda sad but it's alright because I know we all tried out best! Suddenly came down with stupid fever and totally lost my appetite so I couldn't eat korean BBQ with the team. It looked and smelt sooo good but all I felt was a puking sensation. Couldn't take it anymore so I called my parents up to send me home. Took meds, woke up at 2 to puke my guts out and felt so much better after that.

Still not fully recovered now but I'm 70% better! It's time to start on all the projects especially stupid COMPANY LAW which I have no idea how to go about starting. No more partying.

Thurs with VK and her friend was damn traumatising since we witnessed an assault. Saw a guy get knocked out (I typed knocked up before this HAHAHA MY GOD) by a bottle and laid on the floor, lifeless. I saw the asshole that hit him kick his face (he was alrd on the ground) before running out somemore!!! WHAT A DOUCHEBAG SERIOUSLY. Tried waking him and he didn't budge!!! We really thought he died wtf it was damn scary :( There was blood coming out from his mouth and all omg I feel chills just thinking about it. Can still remember the image in my mind. Happened right beside us somemore. Thankfully he wasn't dead and could still manage some movement when the people came to bring him out. Hope the idiot that hit him got caught. What's up with violent drunks?!!?!? Ugh.

Worked for 13 hours today. On a PUBLIC HOLIDAY. Almost died and we don't even get double pay! Totally getting exploited from Bakerzin -_- And as usual, there were stupid customers giving us problems with their retarded logic, commenting that our curry was 'the worst they ever tasted' and another saying we should 'anticipate customer's requests'. HELLO WTF GOT QUEUE LEH YOU THINK WE SO FREE GO ANTICIPATE WHAT YOU WANT AH NABEI.

Okay for the benefit of everyone to show consideration to waiters at restaurants, I shall list down some things that customers always do that gets on my damn nerves.

Taking away the coaster beyond my reach when I put it down - Dear customers, the reason I put the coaster at that spot is so that I can put your drink down on it, obviously. If you take the bloody coaster away and put it like 2 tables away from me HOW THE F AM I GOING TO REACH IT. You think I can just magically stretch my hand sooooo far right in front of you ah?! If I could I would obviously put the coaster there right? Brains, people.
Asking repeatedly for their order - It's understandable if you've waited a fair bit and have gotten slightly impatient, but it's just downright ANNOYING when you ask for your drink 2 minutes after you've placed your order. IT-IS-ON-THE-WAY, UNDERSTAND?! We don't use vending machine to make your drinks and there is only one barista. Please don't create a fuss out of nothing.
Auto change table without warning - 'OMG THERE GOT SOFA SEAT!! *CHIONG*'. K I know some areas are colder than others. Maybe you want a more comfortable spot to sit, maybe you want a warmer place to sit, whatever it is. Please ask/inform us before you chiong to another table. Most of the time, these kiasu customers rush to the seats even when there are uncleared plates, and when it's busy, how the hell are we supposed to know if you have been sitting there all along / have placed your order, etc. Especially when it's full house it's MAD chaotic so don't expect us to be psychic and then diss us when we don't know.
Ask me retarded questions - No, I don't know how many % of chocolate is there in the chocolate cake, or whether I know which one you would prefer. What is inside the cheesecake? CHEESE. What does the mango mousse taste like? MANGO YOU FUCKTARD.

These are all based on real life experience over the past 5 months I've been working. I've learnt to be more patient because I now understand what servers have to go through omg. 안녕하세요!

Yeah I'm back from Korea, unwillingly. It was quite fun even though there wasn't much to buy and stuff there are pretty expensive (not counting cosmetics). Wasn't able to see any celebs heh but there were some cute guys :D HEHEHE.

I think my extremely limited vocabulary of korean was able to help somehow when ordering food, bargaining, etc. Still have a long way to go! Also started to eat more kimchi since it was included in EVERY meal. Even brought a pack back but it's alrd starting to stink up the fridge and Idk what to do -_-

Mornings were like 8 freaking degrees!! And I was only wearing a jacket that was pathetically thin. It was awesome. Now I'm back and Sg feels hotter than ever omg I feel like I can even perspire sleeping in my aircon room. Schedule there was so hectic (getting up at 630-7 every morning) that I just went into a mini coma since I came back. Don't even feel like working anymore.

Sigh I feel tired alrd and it's not even 2. Gonna attempt to wake up for training tmrw! Night~ Pics when they're uploaded on fb. Probably in a month.

Long overdue, but pics from working for Icing Thumb @ Expo for Food Fair!

See the ice cream so small so cute but it was HELL TIRING!!!!! Maybe cos we had to scoop 4 scoops of ice cream for one person per palette (see above) or maybe it was cos the scoop was so bloody small it was impossible to get a good grip. Omg my hand and back suffered the most. Felt like I aged 10 years after one day.

My finger swelled up like TWICE it's original size??? Couldn't even straighten or move it. My palm also. Didn't work on the last day cos I had an exam the following day and was afraid I wouldn't be able to write lol.

It was pretty fun to work though. Had tons of food surrounding us (food fair duh) and we couldn't stop buying random stuff to eat like Twister Potato ahahahah I even bought coffee lah. Spent so much $ on food sighhh~

Have been really excited for Korea until I realised today that my flight is on the 25th (Sat) instead of the 23rd (Thu) that I thought it was. FAIL OR? Have no idea when I came to the date of the 23rd -_- I think I was just too anxious to get out of this country. At least got something good out of it, get to go Butterfact this Wed! Heheheh.

Work out plan with E starts after I come back from Korea! Am just gonna go crazy eating all the awesome food there seriously. I hope a worm grows in my stomach and eats everything I consume. Holidays are here :) Just been working since exams ended. Scooping ice cream @ Expo made my fingers/palms swell like nobody's business. Never knew it was so hard omg. I'll be heading to Korea in less than a week!!!!!!! Yesss I'm super duper excited and can't wait to take many pretty pictures and spam buy awesome shit woohoo~~~

Papers were meh. My coursework was alright though so there's minimal % of me having to take sup papers? But if I unfortunately do, I will be totally screwed cos I'll be in Korea during the week the sup papers are taken. Worst worst worst case scenario. New guy came to work today.

For some reasons there was a huge crowd today!!! Like a weekend crowd, except on a Tuesday which is just mega weird. Anyway the dude was like damn blur and not even doing anything lah! Just standing around all the damn time even though there were tons of drinks and food waiting to be served.

I made one iced peach tea and one peach soda, placed them side by side.

"This one is the tea right?"

"THIS ONE IS THE TEA RIGHT?"

Are you fucking kidding me or what!?!?!?!??!!? WHICH PART OF THAT LOOKS LIKE TEA TO YOU!?!? Somemore bubbling all. And the obvious tea is right beside it and you can still ask me THIS ONE IS THE TEA RIGHT?!?!!? OMFG OMFG OMFG *FACEPALM* Literally gave him a WTF face and said "Umm no?! The tea is there -____-".

I was damn pek chek and at the same time wanting to burst out in laughter. So damn busy you come and ask me this kind of thing. You cannot differentiate soda and tea and you want to work as a waiter. I thought my brain shat itself or something. Honestly had a brain fart at that moment from his stupidity.

When there were drinks to be served, I asked him to go pick up the drinks and he said "no trays", so I asked him to go and find. After like 10 seconds of glancing around, he just said "cannot find" and walked off. What the flying fuck?!!? I wanted to squeeze lemon juice into his eyes lah wtf you come here to piss people off only is it?!?!! Nabei brainless guy.

On closing the bread counter...

Me: "Okay so you need to take the cling wrap from the kitchen to wrap the bread."

Him: *silence*

Me: "Umm do you know what's cling wrap?"

Him: "No."

FML.

He left damn early and didn't clean the cutlery, didn't put back the stuff on the bread counter, didn't do shit. Am not looking forward to working with him anytime soon -_- I know I was new once but c'mon lah... the soda is like TRANSFUCKINGPARENT okay?!?!!? Geez.

Really damn stressed today. We were shorthanded, and got this guy and another blur one who kept telling customers the prices of the cakes wrongly. At the peak hour I was so flustered I went to put tap water with syrup when I was supposed to put soda. Fail.

Also, I went to run today, but 10 mins after I stepped out the house, it started pouring. Not like drizzle leh. Like suddenly BOOMZ. Drenched. SUAY OR WHAT AH TODAY?!?

MY BABIES ARE COMING AND I'M GONNA SEE THEM PERFORM!!!!!!!! Went to collect tickets from the post office today omg ecstatic!!!!!!!!

It's all gonna be worth it. The waking up early, getting pissed over the crash of gatecrash's server (ironic much), staring at the computer screen for almost 3 hours, not even daring to go toilet for fear seats would be taken, sacrificing time doing fam law, the $ spent, everything.

Didn't get CAT 1/2 cos didn't wake up exactly at 9 and anyway there were some complications so perhaps it was a blessing in disguise. So happy when I got the confirmation email heheheheh.

Haven't been blogging. Have had lots of things on my mind recently. The reality of society is starting to hit me hard and I'm so scared when I grow older and have to face it. Seems like the end of the world when we have a deadline to reach with such high expectations (fam law zzz) but that's just the tip of the iceberg compared to the outside world. So unprepared, so unfocused, my future is damn bleak I have no clear goals in sight whatsoever. What am I to do?? If I had no friends/family I'd just live my life to the fullest and then kill myself. I mean, if the world is really gonna end in 2012 then why are we slogging our hearts out? It's like "OH YAY I GOT MY DIPLOMA I'M GONNA HAVE GREAT FUTURE OH SHIT TSUNAMI". Heh do I sound hysterical now? K I shall stop.

Anyway ~~holiday's~~ study week's been tons of sleeping and zero studying for now. Really need to pay the sleep debt oh gosh. I'll start writing notes for contract and fam soon though. I'd better. My room hasn't been cleaned in a month or so due to notes being scattered all over the floor. I blame it on fam though submission's over but I haven't had the time to clear it. Yes, I do have a table but it's filled... with junk. I hardly ever use it (or see it) anymore.

SAR's the new study place now. Meeting there often to do the report. Today's a Sat and I went to school to finish up my draft. Tomorrow meeting them to continue! Sigh can't wait for this week to end. Even weekends have to wake up early this is absurd!!

I wanna watch movies and go shopping!! Inception's full all the time it's so irritating and I have no time to do anything else but my work. Going crazyyy~~~

Some stuff I didn't get to blog about on my birthday that deserve a mention.

On the Burgerz meeting on the week of my birthday, my smart friends BLINDFOLDED me while we were at White Sands (pasirfuckingris), took MRT all the way to Promenade and up the flyer!! Yeah all the while I was blind and they had me blast music in my ear so I wouldn't hear what the stops were and wouldn't know where we were headed to.

It would have all been perfect if not for some guy who said "Would you like tickets to the wheel?" to us when they were bringing me up. Nicely done lah ahhaah the girl were like damn pissed at him lol but I still appreciate all your efforts hehe!

All I can say is, thank goodness I wasn't able to see the people staring at me in the train and now I understand how blind people walk on those pop-up thingies in stations. Also, VK can never handle someone sight-impaired cos she made me bang into a wall while she happily skipped into the lift.

Totally didn't know what was happening when this was taken. All I was told was to "SMILE!".

In the flyer! I apparently had someone 'escort' me up, and businessmen wished me happy birthday too (was still blind). Thank you girlzzz~ Oh and they bought me a cake, which YW ate ALL OF IT HAHAHAHAHAH.

Oh, and the best present everrrrrrrrr...

MY BELOVED FRIENDS GOT ME A INSTAX POLAROID CAM!!! Hehehe in brown somemore, the colour I wanted! So mad love can?

Did I mention that they wrapped EACH item (film, album, cam, etc) individually in tons of tape + newspaper?!?! Almost died unwrapping I think I spent about half an hour -_-

HI WORLD. No I'm not dead, just been really busy and all.

World cup's over, my birthday's over, what's coming are just projects and assignments and tests and all that jazz.

Pictures are all up on facebook so I don't really bother uploading them here again HAHA (lazy). Work is making me really tiring too. I think I'll cut down the days cos it's draining me~

It's the WORLD CUP SEASON!! And I have joined the betting club. Never used to watch soccer on a regular basis. I don't mind watching it but I wouldn't crazily go chase all the scores etc. Until now HAHAHAH. Things totally change when you bet $ on a team seriously.

It's now HT during the Brazil vs Chile match. Brazil leading 2-0 (2 goals within 4 minutes!). I'm deciding whether I should head to bed or watch the match since I have bloody BA at 9!!!! But I've quite a bit of $ put down on this hahahahah omg this is so not me -_- I feel weird talking about soccer cos never used to watch regularly lol but it's quite fun leh!! Karyl (SOCCER GIRL AHHAH) Jai and I bet 2-1 today on Holland vs Slovakia and the last minute penalty saved us!!! So happy $_$ K lah I admit main focus is money not soccer TSK.

School starts tmrw and there are tons of projects that are undone, including service reflection for APEL (Idk wtf and htf to do) and business proposal for BE. I'm gonna be working while studying also. Ban gong ban du leh! Of course priority goes to studies cos I don't wanna fail or whatever. Gonna work minimally cos it's quite tiring also. SIGH. Can't wait for my first paycheck!

My stomach is going all out to piss me off. Been hurting on and off the past few days and long trips to the loo is just damn terrible + painful -_- Hurting again now ughhh it's just going crazy I don't wanna go to school!!!! Totally no mood I just want to sleep forever...

I'm guessing none of you have watched this show, or even know that it exists. But omg it's damn good!!!

Thoroughly enjoyed it as I did Catch Me If You Can, cos both shows were about con artists but this one... gotta watch it somehow!! Singapore would never show it in cinemas cos it's about homosexuality? Which sucks cos it's really a great show. I've always loved Jim Carrey :) :) :)

Best of all... IT'S A TRUE STORY LEH!! Damn unbelievable.
